PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conveyer open which has an upper heater (31) and a lower heater (41) above and below the food material-conveying region of a net-like conveyer (10) passing through a heating chamber (1) and which facilitates cleaning works around the heaters. SOLUTION: The heating chamber (1) is a space surrounded with an oven body (61) whose ceiling is opened and in which the lower heater (41) is disposed below the food material-conveying region, and with an openable or closable upper lid (30) which can vertically be rotated between a horizontal posture closing the ceiling and an opened posture upward rotated at a prescribed angle from the horizontal posture, and the upper heater (31) is attached to the inside of the upper lid (30).
