MILLING MACHINE WITH VIBRATION DAMPING

The milling machine has a body (1) and teeth (2), fitted along its periphery. In the body (1) there are at least two passage cylindrical holes (3) which are positioned symmetrically and opposite the milling machine axis and are coaxial to it. Holes (3) are closed by caps (4) and are inside filled by viscous material (5) of specified density, viscosity and quantity of shots (6) of specified mass and density. In the place of the shots (6) in the holes cylindrical bodies (7) are by [laced in the holes with an axis which is coaxial to the axis of the holes (3). Bodies (7) have exactly determined diameter, smaller than that of holes (3), and have higher density than the density of the body (1). They are formed as bimetal structure, including an external tubular detail (8) made of tempered material which inside is filled by another material (9) of higher density and its of damping, such as a lead or another alloy. 3 claims, 2 figures
