PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem on a wire electrically connecting a heater unit for a toilet seat to a control part in a storage case, which conventionally connects the side face of the toilet seat to the side face of the storage case and which is exposed to the outside, that a wiring cord can be seen at its right or left side in front view from a toilet stool, the toilet seat and a toilet cover, resulting in poor appearance of the right-and-left symmetrical toilet stool, and that there is careless contact with the wiring cord being suspended when cleaning a toilet space, possibly causing the breakage of the toilet seat or the toilet cover. SOLUTION: The wiring cord 10 connected to the internal of the storage case is connected to the heater unit in the toilet seat via a hollow columnar protrusion 14 rising from a functioning portion and via an opening portion provided on the end side face of a column.
