PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medal game machine reducing installation space and capable of enhancing a challenging spirit of a player to a medal game. SOLUTION: A height dimension is extended along a perpendicular direction with respect to a floor face of a casing 11 and it is set larger in comparison with an overall depth. In a front face of the casing 11, a medal slot 17 is provided above a game panel 14 and a medal delivery port 18 is provided below the game panel 14. When a medal inputted from the slot 17 enters a prize hole of the game panel 14, medals of a number responding to the type of the prize hole are delivered from the delivery port 18. A video game expressing a state of the medal game with a predetermined plot is displayed in a display device 32. Medals of a number responding to progress of the video game are delivered.
