PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production method for composite particles containing drugs which is applicable ideally for various pharmaceutical fields such as DDS (drug delivery system) by improving handleability without impairing the advantage of nano-size particles. SOLUTION: At least one of drugs and biocompatible polymers undergoes a nano-size granulation with an average grain size of below 1,000 nm and then, a composite processing using a fluidized bed dry peletization method or a dry type mechanical particle composite processing to form polymer nano-size composite particles. This can improve handleability without impairing the advance of nano-size particles and for example, enables an application ideal for DDS such as powder transpulmonary preparations.
