PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce and remove unpleasantness caused by wet, itch or the like and unplesant symptoms caused by eczema, dermatitis or the like due to long plaster fixation. SOLUTION: A small cylindrical cutter edge is mounted on the tip of a plaster cast cutter for forming a plurality of small ventilation holes in the plaster cast for good ventilation.
