PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a human body stabilizing footrest cover which can be attached when it is needed, and can be detached when it is not needed. SOLUTION: A sheet and the footrest cover are integrally formed on a sewing spot 6 of a wrapping cloth portion doubled with a sheet portion 5 for putting in a footrest. A lock instrument such as a fastener is mounted over an opening 7 for putting in and out the footrest. By applying the body weight to the sheet portion 5, even when feet are strained, the footrest inserted from the opening/ closing part 7 is not moved. In order to stop moving the sheet when there is no body on the sheet, or the like, the footrest is connected and fixed with a cover body by a method such as binding the footrest with a roll-in part 4 or with a string or covering the cover body with the upper part.
