PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a folding table in which the occurrence of impact sounds or flaws is prevented by buffering a portion to be abutted on a table top with a cushion when locating the table top at an approximately horizontal or vertical position or when folding tables are longitudinally overlapped at a standby position being the approximately vertical position. SOLUTION: Each of upper ends 5a of both left and right leg poles is provided with a recess 50 having opened upper, front and rear sides. Left and right frames provided on the left and right lower surface sides of the table top are supported to be turnable within the recesses 50. A resin buffer member equipped with a first abutting part 40a on which the lower surfaces of the left and right frames are abutted when the table top is located approximately horizontally for use and a second abutting part 40c on which the lower surfaces of the frames are abutted when the table top is located approximately vertically for storage is arranged between the frames and the recesses 50.
