<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conveying device of a flexible printed wiring board with a capability of easily adjusting time required for connecting and replacing a material and thus realizing the replacement in a short time. <P>SOLUTION: In the device for conveying a material of a flexible printed wiring board by a roll-to-roll system, a support base for fixedly connecting the material for another flexible printed wiring board to the material for the flexible printed wiring board, a dancer roller A equipped with a position detector for keeping a definite tension under its own weight and at least one accumulation roller among accumulation rollers B1, B2, B3,..., BX and BY which are installed for connecting/replacing the material for the flexible printed wiring board and absorb a slack by the own weight of the accumulation rollers, are provided.
