PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cigarette filter by which a smoker can adjust optionally its aroma, flavor and amount of smoke with the cigarettes equipped with the same filter, and a cigarette having such filter. SOLUTION: This cigarette filter exhibits≥5% adjustable range of nicotine filtration rate in cigarettes equipped with the same filter and contains hollow fibers having penetrated hollow part in the longitudinal direction of the filter and exhibiting≥0.5 difference in roundness before and after applying 500 g/piece load, and the cigarette having such filter is also provided.
