PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an extender tank capable of being easily installed even on an existing operating machine and having freedom degrees in capacity. SOLUTION: This construction machinery includes an extender tank 10 capable of being disposed on the upper part of a fuel tank 5, a fuel tank side filler neck 15 vertically installed on the upper surface of the fuel tank 5, a fuel tank side oil supply port 6 provided at the upper end of the fuel tank side filler neck 15, a connection part 16 installed suspendedly on the lower surface of the extender tank 10, a fuel passing port 17 provided at the bottom end of the connection part 16, an extender tank side filler neck 21 vertically installed on the upper surface of the extender tank 10, an extender tank side oil supply port 11 provided at the top end of the extender tank side filler neck 21, a connection member 19 for connecting the fuel tank side filler neck 15 to the connection part so that the fuel tank side oil supply port 6 is allowed to communicate oil tight with the fuel passing port 17, and a fixed member 24 fixing the extender tank 10 to the upper part of the fuel tank.
