PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high speed print gun employing paint. SOLUTION: The print gun comprises a fixed core fitted in a part of a hollow solenoid bobbin having a solenoid coil on the outer circumference liquidtightly to the inner wall of the solenoid bobbin, a movable core disposed in the hollow solenoid bobbin to keep a gap with respect to the inner wall of the solenoid bobbin while facing one end face thereof against one end face of the fixed core through a gap, and a valve element having a nozzle engaging with the forward end part of a tapered part extending from the other end of the movable core. A through hole is made in the central part of the fixed core and liquid paint is supplied through that central through hole from one end of the fixed core toward the other end where the movable core exist. Since the paint flows along the outer circumferential surface of the movable core and assists returning of the movable core from the nozzle open position to the nozzle close position, the movable core can be returned at a high speed.
