PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for a decorative article by using a sheet having a decorating article, wherein the decorating of a positionally slipped article can be avoided, and thus, decorating materials or articles are not wasted. SOLUTION: A radiation apparatus which can diagonally cast two or more laser beams to a carried sheet having a decorating article, and a detector which corresponds to the radiation apparatus are set in advance in such a manner that only when the articles being temporarily fixed on a supporting body are carried without a positional slipping, the laser beams for all articles may be simultaneously become undetectable by the reflection at the end edges of the articles. Then, only when the laser beams for all articles simultaneously become undetectable, the decorating is applied to the articles. COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
