By the method products from waste beer yeasts are produced as yeast autolysate, yeast extract, debitterized denucleanized yeast, protein hydrolysate and cellular walls. They are used as protein-vitamin food enriching agents of therapeutic and other special designations, such as taste enriching agents, and microorganism biostimulators in biotechnological production. The products have increased protein content, satisfactory degree of hydrolysis, reduced nucleic acid content and high content of mineral elements and vitamins of group B. By the method the separated washed yeasts are subjected to autolysis and/or debitterization with the addition of enzyme preparation and/or plasmolyzing agent. 2 claims
