LIFTING MECHANISM

The lifting mechanism is used in the mechanical handing engineering , in particular in electric hoists for lifting and lowering of different loads. It includes a motor (1) fixed to a gear rim (2) of a planetary reducer (3) which is fixed to the housing (5) of the lifting mechanism. An outlet link (8) of the last gear (7) of the planetary reducer (3) gets freely through a central hole of flange (4) of reducer (3) and is connected by means of a pivot connection (9) to flange (10) of a lifting drum (11) Flange (10) has only one hub (13) by means of which it rests in flange (4) by means of a rolling bearing (12). Internally the hub (13) has slits (14) which are a part of the pivot connection (9). The pivot connection (9) itself, in axial direction, matches the position of the rolling bearing (12). A gear rim (15) of the first planetary gear (6) is directly fitted on a shaft (16) of the motor (1). 2 claims, 1 figure
