PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control presented information according to a mental fatigue given to an operator who operates a mobile body. SOLUTION: The mental fatigue given to a driver when the driver performs the normal operation of a vehicle and a corrective mental fatigue given to the driver by an abrupt accident are totaled by using various types of information inputted from a sensor group 10 and a map database 20 to calculate an integrated mental fatigue. A presenting part 35 controls the information presented on a display 40 and a speaker 50 according to the calculated integrated mental fatigue.
