<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recording body, which can quickly absorb ink, the ink having being absorbed in an ink receiving layer is hard to be removed even by applying water thereon, which has a high surface glossiness, which can be recorded with a color inkjet printer and which can realize so highly glossy, high quality and high grade recording as the silver salt photograph. <P>SOLUTION: In the recording body or an inkjet recording medium including a base material layer and the ink receiving layer provided on the base material layer, the water immersion density retention percentage of the ink receiving layer is set to be 30% or more and its surface gloss is set to be 55% or more. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
