<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical tubular material having an excellent kink resistance and flexibility and its manufacturing method. <P>SOLUTION: The tubular material includes a two-layer structure of at least an inner layer and an outer layer. The outer layer is constituted of a more rigid material than the inner layer and the outer layer has a groove which reaches the inner layer from the outer layer, but spirally or annularly forms an outer periphery of the tubular material in a depth which does not pass through the inner layer. In this material, a dynamic compliance specified according to an ISO 7198 is 1 %/100 mmHg or more or a crushing drag is 500 gf or less. The outer layer may be porous. The material can quickly deal with a change in a flow rate even when a fluid changing at a flow rate is passed through its interior by assuring the kink resistance and the predetermined dynamic compliance. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
