<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tea pack product manufacturing device and a tea pack product to be easily taken out of a tea pot, etc., after using the product for making tea without soiling a user's hand, to be efficiently mass-produced at a low manufacturing cost and without much product loss. <P>SOLUTION: The tea pack product manufacturing device comprises a string tape cutting part 10 for cutting a string tape 2S and feeding strings 2 successively, a string folding part 20 for double-folding each string 2 successively, a bag part forming part 30 for folding a sheet 1S for tea packs and continuously forming an original bag part 4S to make a bag part 4 of the tea pack 1, a bonding part 40 for successively bonding one end of the double-folded string 2 between the original bag parts 4S and 4S, a cover part forming part 50 for continuously forming an original cover part 5S to make a cover part 5 of the tea pack 1 on the top of the string 2, a sealing part 60 for successively sealing the tea pack with the one end part of the string 2 between the original bag parts 4S and 4S, and a separately cutting part 70 for successively cutting the tea pack at the sealed part. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
