<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a well-boiled seasoned food having novel constitution, and to provide a method for producing the food. <P>SOLUTION: The well-boiled seasoned food 8 is obtained by the following process: (P2) well boiling a fish and shellfish material 1 using a seasoning 4 for well boiling the fish and shellfish containing sweetener and salty seasoning, (P5) well boiling a liquid fruit material 5 using a sweetener-containing seasoning 7 for well boiling the liquid fruit, and (P6) mixing the well-boiled and seasoned fish and shellfish 3 with the well-boiled seasoned liquid fruit 6. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
