PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a screen printing apparatus for preventing the generation of a lateral leak at the time of mass-printing and preventing the generation of density irregularity after long-term standing to obtain a good image. SOLUTION: The screen printing apparatus 1 is equipped with a plate cylinder 11, a pressure means 12 and an ink supply means 53 having an ink roller 29. After a master 4 subjected to plate making is wound around the plate cylinder 11, paper P is pressed to the master 4 by the pressure means 12 and ink is bled from the perforation parts of the plate cylinder 11 and the perforated parts of the master 4 to perform printing. This screen printing apparatus is provided with an image position left and right moving means 44 for moving the plate cylinder 11 and the ink roller 29 synchronously in the axial direction of the plate cylinder 11.
