PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a forming method of a metallic sheet by which the reliability of the joining with a substrate for displays is improved by improving the flatness in a bonding surface of the metallic sheet. SOLUTION: This method includes a stage where the metallic sheet 10 having a concave shape 11 in the middle principal part except the specified part 10z of the periphery is prepared and a stage where heat treatment is performed in the state where a plurality of the metallic sheets 10 are piled up by making the specified parts 10z of the periphery correspond to each other and the specified parts 10z of the periphery are pressed.
