PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anti-corrosion surface treatment method and an anti- corrosion treatment steel improving corrosion resistance at a low cost and promoting development of stable rust. SOLUTION: An organic resin paint constituted by a butyral resin containing 20 to 50% by mass of trivalent chromium compound based on the solid content of the paint, or a mixture of a butyral resin and a resin compatible with the butyral resin is coated on the surface of the steel in the dry thickness of 5 to 50μm. The amount of phosphoric acid added to the paint is 20% or less as a mass ratio to the trivalent chromium compound. COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
