PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To repair a repaired position so as not to be highlighted when a coated surface is repaired in the case where a foreign matter such as a dust of 5 mm or less is found, or in the case where a damage of 5 mm or less is generated after carrying out a clear coating on a topcoat coating surface. SOLUTION: When an upper part of a foreign matter on the coating surface or the position where the foreign matter is removed is coated with a repairing coat to repair it, a mesh member 4 is disposed at a position spaced from the coating surface by a constant gap (t). A making material M is stuck on a mesh member 4 at the outside remaining a wider area than the foreign matter and a repairing coat 7a is blown through a mesh of the mesh member 4. At this time, the mesh is an approximately 1 mm<SP>2</SP>, a diameter (thickness) of cross section is made to 0.2-0.3 mm and the gap (t) is made to approximately 1 mm. COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
