PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To resolve a problem of poor manufacturing performance since highly accurate bending is difficult and high-strength assembly in a no gap state is necessary from an aspect of crime prevention. SOLUTION: By bending mounting frame members 4, 4a and 4b toward a rear face side from three edges in attaching frame members 3, 3a, 3b and 3c of four quadrangular frame shaped edges, inwardly bending tie plate parts 10 of end rim sides of the mounting frame members 4, 4a and 4b, and attaching rib protruding bars 5, 5a and 5b in inner face sides of the mounting frame members 4, 4a and 4b, the number of bending is reduced, manufacturing performance and accuracy are improved, the attaching frame members 3, 3a, 3b and 3c of a quadrangular frame and the mounting frame members 4, 4a and 4b of a glass mounting groove are united, and strength is improved.
