PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a discoloring gel sheet which informs a replacing period based on a fact of discoloring a coloring agent by adding the agent of an organic natural material and which can be effectively replaced to be stacked. SOLUTION: The discoloring gel sheet comprises an air-permeable support 1, and a water-containing gel 2 laminated on the support 1. In this sheet, an organic natural material coloring agent is added in a plaster of the gel 2, and hence discolored with time. The agent is discolored by changing a water content or a pH in the gel plaster 2 or bringing the agent into contact with a secretory liquid from a body. The agent may contain in combination a plurality of coloring agents which discolor in different colors or a plurality of coloring agents having different discoloring conditions.
