<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an angiostomy auxiliary appliance capable of being adapted even if the region, dimension or state of a blood vessel or a state at the time of anastomosis are changed and excellent in blood vessel insertion properties or hemostatic properties (leak preventing properties). <P>SOLUTION: The angiostomy auxiliary appliance is used so that both end parts thereof are inserted in the lumen of a blood vessel at the time of angiostomy and comprises a flexible hollow conduit having opening ends at both end parts thereof. At least two expanded parts and a take-out means for taking out the conduit from the blood vessel are provided on the outer surface of the conduit and the conduit has flexibility and self-restoration properties.
