<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mixing bowl for making smooth and solid foaming whipped cream of a beverage making device for making a beverage such as coffee, and a beverage making device equipped with the mixing bowl. <P>SOLUTION: A stirring mechanism 18 of the mixing bowl 10 is mounted near the top of an opening 11a, and fixed to a vertical shaft 20. The stirring mechanism 18 comprises a valve blade 23 with a blade plate 23a inclined to the rotation direction for taking air in from the opening 11a. By rotating the stirring mechanism 18, the rotating valve blade 23 forces out a mixture liquid and the centrifugal force is generated. The centrifugal force makes the liquid flow in the outer circumferential direction on the inner surface of a bowl body 11, and the liquid flow in the outer circumferential direction generates a negative pressure between the blade plate 23a and the inner surface of the bowl body 11.
