<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a printing quality by downloading optimum correction data to an LED head in an electrophotographic printer having the LED head with a dot correction function. <P>SOLUTION: A plurality of sets of correction data are stored in a ROM 31 for storing correction data. When a strobe width set value is changed, a CPU 423 sets the strobe width set value to a light emitting (LED) head control circuit 426 through communication with a data controller. The light emitting (LED) head control circuit is configured to select correction data corresponding to the strobe width set value and to read out correction data from the ROM for storing correction data. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
