PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a circular sheet cutting method and device that can continuously produce circular sheets direct from an original fabric irrespective of their size without forming an intermediate product. SOLUTION: A controller 13 divides continuous circles into one S curve comprising continuous semicircles and the other S curve comprising semicircles as folds of the one S curve. A material feeder 5 feeds a roller material W at a given material feed speed, and at the same time, a cutting machine moving device CM moves a pair of cutting machines 7F and 7R independently in directions perpendicular to the material feed direction at a given moving speed to cause one cutting machine to cut the one S curve and the other cutting machine to cut the other S curve, so that many circular sheets can be cut continuously from the roll material.
