PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems of conventional coupling member that an undercut is shallow and inevitably slanted and witness lines are generated. SOLUTION: A coupling member (110) of medical appliance for ostomy, incontinence or wound which comprises an annular body equipped with a continuous circumferential wall (112) having an undercut structure (130). The undercut structure (130) has multiple undercut arc parts (130) alternately corresponding to multiple voids. The multiple undercut arc parts (130) have respective planes (132) radially protruded at an angle with the axis line of the circular body so that they provide enough reliability required for loading the coupling member (110) to a corresponding press fit coupling member (160).
