PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clip for a blood vessel capable of shortening an operating time by making it possible to suture dissociation lumens after glue is injected in the dissociation lumens while holding the wall of a blood vessel. SOLUTION: The clip 10 for a blood vessel includes a grasping part 11, the first holding piece having a curved comb shape provided to the leading end of the grasping part 11, a second holding piece 13 provided to the grasping part in a freely rotatable manner so as to approach and separate with respect to the first holding piece, an operation lever 14 for moving the second holding piece in a direction spaced apart from the first holding piece and a spring 15 for energizing the second holding piece in the direction approaching the first holding member. The clip 10 for the blood vessel is constituted so that the slits between comb teeth of the first and second holding pieces overlap with each other in such a state that first and second holding pieces are allowed to approach each other.
