PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the centrifugal separation efficiency by using a microplate under a high centrifugal acceleration in a centrifugal separation rotor performing centrifugal separation using the microplate. SOLUTION: An elastomer pad 14 is provided to an adaptor 3 so as to come into contact with the back bottom surface of the microplate 4 having a sample injection hole part 5 for housing a sample or the back bottom surface of the microplate 4 is received by the elastomer surface of the adaptor itself.
