摘要 FIELD: shipbuilding; building of trimaran ships with small waterplane. SUBSTANCE: ship has two underwater hulls connected with above-water hull. Above-water hull is of displacement type having lines of cargo vessel. Underwater hulls have form of parallelepipeds pointed at front. underwater hulls have round cylindrical cavities oriented perpendicularly relative to longitudinal axis; they open outside in upper and lower parts. Inserts in these cavities are cylinders rotatable around longitudinal axes and kinematically linked with electric motors. Electric motors are installed inside underwater hulls and are connected to generator mounted in above-water hull and driven by main engine. Number of cylinders is unlimited. Each cylinder may have hollow housing filled with foam plastic and closed with covers at either end. Turbodynamic ship may be provided with system for maintenance of required depth of above-water hull and pitch and roll stabilization system. Ship may be used both in displacement mode and may be dynamically supported due to Magnus effect arising on revolving cylinders in underwater hulls.
