<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an attaching structure of a bathroom counter with fine outside appearance, capable of making the attachment firm by integrating attaching members and saving the construction work. <P>SOLUTION: In the bathroom counter 1 attached to a bathroom, a bracket 5 with an upper fixing part 7 and a lower fixing part 8 on the left and right sides above and below the counter is previously attached to a counter body 4 integrally formed with a counter part 2 and the lower cover member 3 to form an integrated structure. The bathroom counter 1 has one upper fixing part 7 and one lower fixing part 8 on the left and right sides respectively above and below the counter, and the bathroom counter 1 is attached by fixing the fixing parts to a wall panel 6. At the time, though the lower fixing parts 8 are attached not to be easily seen, the upper fixing parts 7 are conspicuous.
