<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stamp die for a golf club head with which the distil end of a stamp forming part is prevented from chipping off and stamping can satisfactorily be performed by improving the shape of the stamp forming part for forming the stamp on the surface of the golf club heads formed with the stamp die in the case of stamping the surface of the golf club head, and to provide the golf club heads stamped with the stamp die. <P>SOLUTION: The stamp die 10 is obtained by integrally forming a base 12 and the stamp forming part 11 formed of a side wall 15a, a side wall 15b and a distal end part 14 to be in a projecting form over the base part 12.
