PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a double-layer molding which has excellent strength and rigidity without increasing a working man hour, introducing an increase in the number of components or raising a working cost, a heat resistance durable in a shape against an environmental temperature required for an automobile component or the like and excellent silencing property and to provide a method for manufacturing the same. SOLUTION: The double-layer molding having the excellent silentness is obtained by doubling a layer made of a high decay elastic material and a layer made of a thermoplastic resin.
