PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an edge exchangeable cutting tool with an edge smoothly removable from a tool body, achieving easy miniaturization with a less number of parts and lower cost. SOLUTION: A through-hole 117 ranging from the outer periphery face of the tool body 110 to a mounting hole 112 is formed obliquely to the direction of an axial line O which tends to the rear end in the direction of the axial line O as tending to the radially inward direction. A pull-in bolt 120 having a recessed portion 125 with a further smaller outer diameter at a front end portion 122 is screwed into the through-hole 117. A pull-in member 150 is provided with a fitting portion 160 having a protruded portion 163 corresponding to the recessed portion 125. The front end portion 122 of the pull-in bolt 120 and the fitting portion 160 of the pull-in member 150 are fitted to each other in such a manner that the recessed portion 125 and the protruded portion 163 thereof are fitted to each other.
