PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an incense holder having excellent appearance harmonized with an altar when the incense holder is composed of a thick paper material to be freely assembled/disassembled, and the incense holders are installed on both the sides of the altar in a funeral in a funeral hall. SOLUTION: A hollow body is formed from a front board 1, left and right lateral side boards 2 and 3 and a back board 4, a sign portion 4c symbolizing the funeral is protruded and formed on the upper edge side of the back board 4, and the placing bed of packed sticks of incense S is formed while being folded to be inclined backwards on the side of the back board 4 by utilizing the front board 1, and frames 10 and 10 are formed while being folded to be inclined backwards on the side of the back board 4 by utilizing the left and right lateral side boards 2 and 3.
