PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent impurities from being included and realize the thorough dispersion of ceramic powder in a more perfect homogeneous form by first performing the high pressure dispersion of a ceramic liquid made up of organic solvent or water and a specific ceramic powder under a specific pressure, and adding a specified amount of a resin or a plasticizer. SOLUTION: A ceramic liquid made up of an organic solvent or water and ceramic powder with an average particle diameter of 0.01 μm or more and 3 μm or less is loaded from a casting port 1. Then this ceramic liquid is set in a highly pressurized state at 10 g/cm<2> or higher in a pressurizing part 2 with the help of a hydraulic pump or the like. The ceramic liquid is the organic solvent or the water in which the ceramic powder is dispersed. A dispersant, a suspension agent or the like is added, if necessary. Thus it is possible to deal with the highly characterizing of ceramic electronic pert, needless to say the manufacture of a green sheet, without fear that the characteristic of a finished product might deteriorate even when the green sheet and a ceramic layer after sintering are as thin as 2 μm or less. |
