KNITTING METHOD OF CIRCULAR KNITTED FABRICS HAVING CUT-PILE

PURPOSE: A knitting method of a circular knitted fabrics having a cut-pile is characterized by having various cut pile set forms in accordance with the number of needles for forming a structure, having good binding capacity between the cut pile and the base structure and having excellent wash fastness. CONSTITUTION: The cut pile circular knitted fabric is knitted with the needles(DN) containing a butt(b) for forming the structure and the needle(CN) containing a knife(K) for knitting the cut pile. The knitting method of the cut pile circular knitted fabric comprises the steps of: knitting the base structure with the two needles(DN-1) moved by a first cam in dial cams; knitting the cut piles with the needle(CN-1) moved by a first cam in cylinder cams; knitting the base structure with the two needles(DN-2) moved by a second cam in the dial cams; and then knitting the cut piles with the needle(CN-2) moved by a second cam in the cylinder cams.
