A bathroom pipe fitting incorporates a flow-control valve and a temperature control valve within a single unit. The flow-control valve has one valve regulating the flow of cold water, and another valve regulating the flow of hot water. These two valves are arranged in-line in front of the thermostat valve. Both valves are operated by a common lever. In addition, the flow-control valve can be moved to effect the discharge at a number of different outlets.
