<p>PURPOSE:To prevent the lowering of the concn. of granules in a reactor and to keep the original treatment capacity of the reactor, in performing the decomposition treatment of org. industrial waste water by anaerobic bacteria, by separating and regenerating granules flowing out along with treated water to again return the same to the reactor. CONSTITUTION:The treated water containing granules overflowing from an ascending flow type anaerobic treatment reactor A passes through the screen 5 of a granule separation means 2 to be stored in the bottom part of a box body 4 and subsequently drained from a drain pipe 7. The granules caught by the screen 5 pass through the opening part 8a of a base stand 8 to be recovered in the granule recovery tank 9 of a granule return means 3. The granules are subjected to stirring treatment along with a part of the treated water introduced from a treated water introducing line 12 and the fine pulverization of granules or the removal of the gas or oil component bonded to the granules is performed and, thereafter, the granules are returned to the reactor A by a return pump 11.</p> |
