PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the problem of loosening by forming the rear surface of the head part of an abutment screw to a tapered surface of a specific angle and forming internal threads at the bottom end of the hollow through-hole of this abutment screw in fixing of the fixture and abutment screw of an artificial root of tooth. SOLUTION: An abutment 6 is fixed via the abutment screw 5 having the head part 4 onto the fixture 3 formed with external threads 2 of a self-tap type on the outer peripheral surface of the lower part of the artificial root of tooth 1 to be implanted with the jaw bone for mounting denture C and the denture C is implanted into the upper part thereof. At this time, the fixture 3 is bored with internal threads 10 in the lower part of a hollow blind hole 8 extending in an axial direction from the top end face and the abutment 6 is bored with internal threads 16 in the bottom end part of the hollow through- hole 15 extending in the axial direction from the top end face. The head part 4 is formed by tapering the outer periphery 17 of the bottom end to a taper angle of 10 to 45 deg.. This tapered surface is engaged with the internal threads 16.
|
