<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To utilize garbage discarded as an agricultural material or the like. SOLUTION: The subject fermented material as an agricultural material is obtained by the following process: using garbage as the main material, an organic fermentative auxiliary such as chitin and an inorganic fermentative auxiliary such as potassium are added thereto to adjust the moisture content of the garbage; all these materials including the garbage are poor in economical usability as said to be wastes; the above resultant mixture is put in an acidic condition and admixed with antagonistic microorganismal spores to make a solid fermentation, thus obtaining the objective fermented material containing fertilizer ingredients, and another version of the objective fermented material rich in the antagonistic microorganismal spores is also obtained by proliferating the spores. The fermented material thus obtained is applied to the farming field without separating the spores or the like. The fermented material thus applied is mineralized by the aid of soil microorganisms and turned into a nutritional source for crop, also making soil microflora better. The antagonistic microorganisms proliferate in soil, exterminating harmful microorganisms by the antagonism and controlling crop disease injuries and thereby promoting the healthy growth of crop.</p> |
