<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a coating with high quality without coating failure such as slobbery stain, coating unevenness, etc., even if respective coating apparatuses to coat both front and rear faces are driven in almost the same conditions in the case both faces of a thin sheet-like object to be coated, e.g. a printed circuit substrate, are continuously coated. SOLUTION: Arms 4 to support thin sheet-like objects P to be coated in horizontal state are installed in an endless chain 6 for transportation at a prescribed interval through a rotary axis 5 in parallel to the transportation direction, and a coating material is sprayed by a coating apparatus 15A from an upper part to the front sides of the objects P to be coated which are set upward and transported in horizontal state by the arms 4 moved along one side of the endless chain 6 for transportation. After that, the arms 4 are turned reversely to the opposite side of the endless chain 6 for transportation by a reversing apparatus 7, and a coating material is sprayed by a coating apparatus 15B from an upper part to the rear sides of the objects P to be coated which are set downward and supported horizontally by the arms 4 transported along the opposite side of the endless chain 6 for transportation.</p> |
