Management support business model, designed to match employees with open vacancies during personnel reorganisation

The business model is used to provide an optimum match between employees and open vacancies during a large personnel reorganisation in a company. This match is made on the basis of company preconditions, a minimalisation of the number of surplus employees and a minimalisation of the open function profiles, carried out using operations research techniques (mixed integer programming).
