PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing ornaments is provided to apply pearls and glass beads to a transparent resin layer, and to reflect an irradiated light by the pearls and the glass beads or to reflect the light in holograms, thereby displaying more beautiful and luxurious gloss. CONSTITUTION: A base layer(10) is set. A cohesive layer(11) is applied to the base layer(10). An adhesive layer(12) is applied to an upper side of the cohesive layer(11). A reflective layer(13) is adhered to an upper side of the adhesive layer(12), or a reflective agent is applied. The reflective layer(13) is cut to an upper end of the cohesive layer(11) by a cutting machine. The rest layers except the cut layer(13) and the cohesive layer(11) are separated from the cohesive layer(11). A transparent resin layer(14) is applied to an upper side of the reflective layer(13) that is not separated from the cohesive layer(11). The transparent resin layer(14) is applied with a thermosetting process.
