PURPOSE:A large capacity apparatus for dispensing liquid crystal is provided to realize a large capacity liquid crystal container without increasing weight and prevent the liquid crystal from being contaminated. CONSTITUTION:A large capacity liquid crystal container(124) formed of a light metal is filled with liquid crystal, and gas is applied to an upper part of the liquid crystal container to give pressure to the liquid crystal. A needle sheet(143) is mounted at a lower part of the liquid crystal container and has an exhaust hole exhausting liquid crystal of the liquid crystal container. A needle(136) is inserted into the liquid crystal container to be movable up and down. A spring(128) is installed at one end part of the needle and the other end part of the needle contacts with the exhaust hole of the needle sheet, so that the exhaust hole of the needle sheet is opened and shut by the movement of the needle. A plurality of Teflon layers(125,139) are applied to an inner surface of the liquid crystal container and the needle to prevent the liquid crystal from being contaminated. |
