PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance reliability, and to discharge a filter capacitor surely. SOLUTION: To the output side of a rectifier circuit 5, a filter capacitor is connected through a reactor 9 and a contact 10 connected in parallel to a rush current preventing resistor 11 in an electromagnetic contractor which is closed after the passage of a specified time from the time of power supply and is opened at the time of power interruption. And the plus output side of the rectifier circuit and one end of a discharging resistor are connected to one end of the reactor by the use of a connecting terminal 21 provided on a board, and the minus output side of the rectifier circuit and the other end of the discharging resistor are connected to one end of the contact of the electromagnetic contractor by the use of a connecting terminal 22 provided on the board. The plus input side of an inverter module is connected to the other end of the reactor and the plus side of the filter capacitor by the use of a connecting terminal 23 provided on the board, and the minus input side of the inverter module is connected to the other end of the contact of the electromagnetic contractor and the minus side of the filter capacitor by the use of a connecting terminal 24 provided on the board. |
